RECOM Initiative !Voice 12/2012

The real strength of RECOM in my view lies in its trans-border character, through which the consultations and discussions are taking place in more than one area and more than one country of the former Yugoslavia. In this way, it is definitely producing a more inclusive and more balanced view of people’s opinions and proposals about how to deal with the past and how to build a better future – prof. Stephan Parmentier, teaches sociology of crime, law, and human rights at the Faculty of Law of the K.U. Leuven.

The main goal of !The Voice is to provide information about the RECOM Process to the members of the Coalition for RECOM, to the many supporters of the Initiative and to all those interested in its development. In addition to this, !The Voice focuses on the progress of transitional justice in the region.
