Crime in Udbina (Dane Radočaj et all.)

On 26 April 2016, the County Court Rijeka pronaunced quilty for war crime against civilian population, Article 120, paragraph 1 OKZ RH:
I. defendant Dane Radočaj – 15 years of prison
Il. def. Ćuruvija Nikola – 15 years of prison
III. def. Kosanović Đorđe – 12 years of prison
IV. def. Radislav Korač – 10 years of prison
V. def. Galović Dragan – 6 years of prison
VI. def. Radočaj Damir and VII Radočaj Dane – Jablan are aquited due to lack of evidence.
The trial started in December 2014. All dfendants were trial in absentia.
