The Belgrade Higher Court confirmed the indictment against five former members of the Sotin Militia and Territorial Defence / According to the statement issued by the Belgrade Higher Court on 16 June 2014, the Out-of-Court Council of the War Crimes Department confirmed the indictment against five former members of the Sotin Militia and Territorial Defence due to reasonable suspicion that between mid-October and the end of 1991 they killed 16 Croat civilians in Sotin near Vukovar.
