JUNE 2021 COURT SCHEDULE

All war crime hearings scheduled before special war crime courts (county courts in Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek) have been included in the June 2021 Court schedule (the Schedule). Public hearings before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia as well as the hearings before The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (“Mechanism”), have also been made part of the Schedule.

The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (“Mechanism”) is mandated to perform a number of essential functions previously carried out by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (“ICTR”) and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (“ICTY”).
